What future smart home do we need ?

Most of the people know the future smart home from science fiction film.However,It is only film.So.What my question is:Don’t you ever think about it what kinds of smart home you need in your daily life ? And What is really necessary for your house daily life ? I think following points are necessary for one smart home. 1. Convenience is the basic of smart home You can open the door by your cellphone for your visiting friends even you are ouside house. Your curtains will automatically close for you once you feel the outside brightness is too strong. And your TV will automatically turn on to your favorite channel in certain time in the days you need. Coffee are ready for you in the moring and the late afternoon etc 2. Security is the key important for smart home You have no need to worry about your house security anymore when you are on overseas travel,Any illegal intruders enter your house from door ,windows or roof will be known,warning,captured and monitored in real time. And whatever kitchen gas leakage,house fire,forget to close windows and get wet etc will be protected before happen. 3. Energy saving of smart home You never know how much house electricity power you use till you get the bill. And you don’t know which house appliance is high power consumption as well. As a smart house, It will be very easy for you to know each appliances’ power consumption. It will help you to make decision. And you can set all appliances automatcially turn on or turn off in need time for energy saving. And all lights will trun off if outside brightness is good enough. 4. Health is basic fuction of smart home You may never think about how important Oxygen is during your daily life. However, We always live in a borderline CO2 environment. As a smart house, It will keep you always in a best healthy environment, Once CO2 is too more, Your windows will open automatically, And your ventilator and air conditioner will turn on to best temperature value.Not only Oxygen. But also temperature and humidity will be keep in a suitable value. So. Smart home is with stable Oxygen, stabel temperature and stable humidity. 5. Comfortable & Free is what smart home want to be One click. Movie time is coming for family. Another click for sleeping time.All needed lights,Curtain,windows,air conditioner,music etc will be on or off as per your needs. What you need to do is just enjoyment. 6. Easy control and Easy installation is the trend of smart home How to control one smart house? The software application for terminal such as cellphone or Ipad for people must be easy to sue for everyone in the world whatever they are young or old. And all end users can be DIY their house in software as per their habit.And it must be wireless installation. So as to add needed devices into installation whatever in old house or new house. 7. Good and Affordable price is the markeing demand of smart home In order to widely use and popularize for each family. You have to keep high quality and supply acceptable price for people.
